Your vibrant "Scarlet Emperor"
pole bean will be judged by our panel of experts based on
the following categories:
- Largest

- Longest
- Most Unusual
- Pathetic
- Best Presentation
- Longest Vine !?
Scarlet Emporers are grown for
their large clusters of beautiful flowers as well as for their
tender tasty pods. They are an ideal chocie for screens and
trellises or can be grown in pots on the deck. Sow beans 3.5
cm (1.5 inches) deep, but not until the ground warms up in
mid-May to July.
